Currently, if you are trying to insert a comment using Services and UUID Service you have to supply the nid of the node you are trying to attach the new comment to. The attached patch will let you send in a "parent_uuid" value that you can use to send in the uuid of the node you'd like to attach the comment instead of the nid value.

Thanks for the patch, but this belongs in comment_entity_uuid_presave().
