There is a problem in hook_form_FORM_ID_alter in accordion_menu.module file.

The default hook accepts 3 arguments, However only 2 arguments are used in the current code.

Hook Function Name : "accordion_menu_form_block_admin_configure_alter".

Where is the bug? A bug implies something does not work. The third parameter is unused and is not 'required' in the function signature. Look at core and other modules; you will see the same.

Will close unless you can point out a real issue.
