In field_collection_field_attach_form(): 'remove button' ad 'add_more' ajax wrapper is empty because checking 'widget type' that is not true for all possible widgets except 'field_collection_embed'

This works for me using widget 'field_collection_table'.

I resolved this issue (from my point of view and project needs) with those changes.
Now, ajax "remove" button works for field_collection_embed and field_collection_table widget types.
