Converting to Biblio module field type

I have a large bibliography (10 000 records) with downloaded pdf's for most.
Each record links out to its pdf via a link field.
Each record is categorised eg as it a review, what subject type etc via a series of 20 boolean fields.

I would like to move it all over to Biblio. I could just import using Endnote or Pubmed ID but all of the links and categorisations would be lost so I have looked at using node_convert to convert my current nodes content type into the biblio content type.
All seemed to progress well until it came to mapping current fields to biblio fields - they are mainly of the field type 'biblio module form' which s not recognised by node_convert.

Is there any way I can carry out this conversion? I am currently considering exporting my current bibliography via csv into Endnote and then importing into Biblio... any other ideas?
