Hm..... This issue was filed at my request. But... I looked at some of the other modules with unit tests:

/core/modules/system/tests/src/Unit/Menu/ ==> namespace in this directory seems to be Drupal\tests\system\Unit\Menu

core/modules/node/tests/src/Unit/PageCache/DenyNodePreviewTest.php ==> namespace is Drupal\Tests\node\Unit\PageCache

So. I actually think that the namespace in this class file is correct.

Sorry for the confusion. It looks like the file doesn't need a patch to fix the namespace after all. I'll go back to the other issue so we can fix the class name in the Contains line though.
