This test assumes #241156: Provide backwards-compatibility layer for 5.x simpletest makes it in.

This is identical to HEAD's block.test, but with a one-line change to the navigation block's delta.

Ran test on clean install of 6.x with back-ported framework and received all passes.

Now just waiting on framework to be completed and committed.
