Unfortunately in the default iconset is no icon for "telegram" included. An I think, for most users it would be strange if we integrate a network (by default) for which there is no icon included.

Maybe, it is enough for you, if you integrate the telegram channel for your site individually (via a hook implementation) with your own icon?
