Just now trying the latest -dev with Drupal 8.0.0-rc1. When I created my image gallery demo and tried to write my feature, I got this error:

Recoverable fatal error: Argument 3 passed to Drupal\features\Plugin\FeaturesGeneration\FeaturesGenerationWrite::failure() must be an instance of Drupal\features\Plugin\FeaturesGeneration\Exception, instance of Exception given, called in /var/www/docroot/modules/contrib/features/src/Plugin/FeaturesGeneration/FeaturesGenerationWrite.php on line 112 and defined in Drupal\features\Plugin\FeaturesGeneration\FeaturesGenerationWrite->failure() (line 156 of modules/contrib/features/src/Plugin/FeaturesGeneration/FeaturesGenerationWrite.php).

My guess is the write permissions are not set correctly in my /modules dir and it's trying to generate an exception that hasn't been updated.

Simple case of a missing \ before the Exception in the definition of the failure function. Searched the code for any other occurrences and fixed one other. Committed to fa277cd.
