apachesolr_index_key() can truncate leading to a bad-syntax (ending with an underscore)

Inside apachesolr_index_key(), whenever we are allowing truncation of a fieldname to N characters, we could end up with a bad-syntax value that ends with an underscore. This patch fixes it.
