Upload own files to your gallery.
Add files to your gallery uploaded by other users.

Permissions:
+ edit own files
+ view all files

In this case, you don't have permission to edit files uploaded by other users.
When you access the edit media (multiedit) page, then you get a access denied message, because you are not allowed to edit at least one file.

We should at least see the files, we are allowed to change.
