To address this I separated out the configuration list from the (sometimes, long) feature description. Result:

Hmm, sorry, but I'm going to reopen this. The more I am using this the more distracting I find the "Included configuration" text lines everywhere. I think the original markup could work with some css tweaks, so I want to take another look at this.

Closing this again. I changed my mind in #6...maybe I've just gotten used to it now. But there was also a case where a package without any description needed something to expand, so this solution is as good as any.
