The usage of the word "Crop" in farmOS is confusing. I propose changing it to "Crop/Variety" so that it is more clear what it's used for.

Done.

Similar to #2719561: Rename "Type" to "Species/Breed", I only changed the labels, not the underlying machine names (which remain simply "crop").
