Profile name on bundle form needs custom handling

Problem/Motivation

When configuring a bundle, the "Profile name" can be set. Several issues occur here.

• The field typically may use the same machine name as the bundle but is not filled when that field is.
• If "Include install profile" is checked, this field is in effect required but there is no visual indication or validation.

Proposed resolution

• When the bundle machine name is set, transfer its value to "Profile name" if "Profile name" is empty.
• Extend use of #states to mark "Profile name" as required if "Include install profile" is checked.
