Feature names appear as Array in drush fex

Problem/Motivation

When drush fex is run for a bundle that has not yet been exported, the feature names appear as:

The following extensions will be exported: Array, Array, Array, Array, Array

Proposed resolution

Need to use the keys of the $packages array rather than the values.
