Order save button in order management section doesn't handle correctly the errors from commerce_order_save() call.
There should be a try catch block when we are invoking commerce_order_save(), commerce_order_status_update(), commerce_line_item_save() because it triggers exception on error.

Same as the other issue, is there some way to reproduce a failure. Technically speaking, these forms shouldn't need to include such a check - though I understand other modules may be interacting with them and breaking things. But I don't recall core Drupal ever using a try / catch pattern, for example.
