Fatal error in bootstrap_preprocess_field_multiple_value_form()

t() now returns TranslationWrapper instead of a string (#2557113: Make t() return a TranslationWrapper object to remove reliance on a static, unpredictable safe list). $element['#title'] is already instance of the same class and sending it to t() one more time results in a fatal error at render time.
