Problem/Motivation

The first line of README.md includes a snippet for Travis CI display. This was a holdover from when Flag 8.x was on Github and is not needed on drupal.org.

Proposed resolution

Remove the Travis CI code from README.md, leaving only "Flag for Drupal 8" as the first line in the file.
