Bean edit page first shows remove translation button when translating beans with entity translation.

Currently when translating beans with entity translation the first button shown is "Remove translation". This is because there is a weight of 200 on the save button. Is this added for a reason?

The patch attached changes the weight back to 0 and 1 so the "Remove translation" button is shown after the save button (as on other entities e.g. nodes, taxonomy terms, ...).
