Can i know the reason why i am getting this patch as failed testing.

I have done the patching from linux with git diff branch > patch_file.
Please let me know where i am wrong or something wrong with testbot.

From https://qa.drupal.org/pifr/test/198943, those failures also exist in the project when it is tested without your patch ... so the test failures are native to the project, not your changes.
