Overriding a simple permission is too complicated right now.

- Change module_exists() calls into hooks
- Remove obsolete modules
- Add requirement check to the installer (mcrypt / file-direcories / encryption keys / etc)

mvwensen commentedIn the mean time a lot has been refactored already, we are about to start to build the new installation profile, no features needed, only a good look at the configuration management and what to ship.
