At the moment we don't have a good way to test changes to docker containers.
I think we should add more containers to such an end.

Adding the -dev suffix to signify that we're using a dev version
drupalci/web-5.5:dev
and having automated builds on docker hub to test these changes.

The downside of this feature is that it does create more code to maintain.
