At some point the bundler module got refafctored and one of the messy queries in it got isolated into a method:

advagg_bundler_analyisis_query().

When that happened, the MSSQL optimizations broke. :(

Thanks for the patch! It has been committed. I did some changes due to this issue #2545786: SQL Server | WSOD after installing Advagg Bundler
