The field widget's select options are incorrectly sorted. The options are passed through drupal_sort_weight, however there is not "weight" property in the values.

The attached patch removes the calls to uasort($select_bundles, 'drupal_sort_weight');.

Closing ... I realized the values are using the $instance['settings']['bundle_weights'], and not just the bundle name.
