When translating newsletter issues using entity_translation, the sent email's body is not translated (only title gets translated).

Turns out it was pretty easy to make this work !

Can confirm it works, and could be simplified like so:

      // Overwrites the current content language for i18n_select & entity_translation.
      if (module_exists('i18n_select') || module_exists('entity_translation')) {

      }

Thanks @PascalAnimateur your patch in #2 works perfect :) At the end I get newsletters translated!
