UserStorage injects the 'password' service but since password fields are handled by PasswordItem, it is no longer used.

Proposed resolution

Remove dependency.

This third requeue didnt segfault, which leads me to believe that this may or may not be a drupalci issue. Lack of segfaults on qa.drupal.org/local may just indicate good luck

Trying again to see if I can get a core dump to see where the issue lies.

Somebody else ran into a core dump over on: https://www.drupal.org/node/2546618#comment-10309439, so its not specific to this patch.
