Plan for Metatag 8.x-1.0 release

Now that there's an "Easy" module out for managing meta tags, I've realized that the delays over wanting to have all of the meta tags available, and other things, created an opening for an alternative module to be released. I don't begrudge the developer for doing this, however it points to the fact that better is the enemy of good and that people would have been quite happy with "only" fifty meta tags with a stable release rather than all 300 a year later.

So this week I'll be doing one last look around the issue queue and pushing out a 1.0 release, all other tasks will follow afterwards.
