When overriding /node/%, you probably want the "Page title" to be [node:title] in most cases. We should default to that for new variants!

I'm not sure if there is a generic way to do this (like detecting if we've overriding an entity view route, and using [entity:title] if 'title' is a field) but it'd be ideal to do this for users, taxonomy, and any other core entities too.

Discussed with EclipseGC and timplunkett on IRC - turns out it's impractical to provide a default, and we're going to drop the default page title entirely from Page Manager. We'll have to make due with #2561947: Use token browser for "Page title" field to handle this issue!
