remove cache_clear_all from module

It seems that this module will do a cache_clear_all on every single page load (line 3 of the requestinvitation.module file). That will really hurt a sites performance. If that call really needs to be made it should be done conditionally (i.e. inside of an if statement that tests for the condition where it needs to be called) and only very infrequently.
