Menu link translation doesnt copy fragment and query

When adding a menu link translation, the fragment or query is not copied.

To try it, just add menu link with path
node/1?foo=bar#baz

Then go to add a translation.
In the translation the path is only
node/1 instead of node/1?foo=bar#baz
