Hello,

I'd like to customize the URL alias for the photo album images.

Instead of this: /photos/image/25

I'd like the alias to be something like this: /members/[username]/gallery/public/[name-of-image]

Is it possible to do this? If not, how can this feature be added?

We probably need to integrate pathauto. Moving to D8 for now. I'll post notes here. Depending on what is required we can probably backport it to D7.

I can confirm that this is fixed in the 8.x-5.x branch.

Tested:
1. Goto pathauto settings: /admin/config/search/path/settings and check "Photos Image".
2. Goto "Patterns": /admin/config/search/path/patterns and add desired pattern.

Example:
/members/[photos_image:uid:entity:account-name]/gallery/public/[photos_image:album_id:entity:title]/[photos_image:title]
