On the Edit Menu screen, OG Menu's drop-down beneath "Enable this menu for the following group" does not show groups that don't have any content in them, even if the menu is already attached to a particular group.

This is because og_menu_form_menu_edit_menu_alter() is assembling the list of options by querying for nodes in og_membership table. If a group does not yet have content, no nodes from it will be in this table.

Didn't use the patch, but used the same query as used in the autocomplete for consistency and performance.
