Add an EventDispatcherCollection which receives any number of implementations of \Drupal\payment\EventDispatcherInterface and fires events for all of them. The existing EventDispatcher can be renamed to SymfonyEventDispatcher and injected into EventDispatcherCollection by the container. Future event handling implementations can then be added without changing any existing code.
