There is ability to select bundle before use autocomplete field to pick a node, but in fact autocomplete return titles for all available bundles.

Configuration:

  1. Content type: Node
  2. Widget used for: entityreference
  3. Field cardinality: -1
  4. Number of allowed bundles: more than two
