Index/sort does not work if using a voting tag other than the default "vote"

Patch included that adds a textfield on the Search API Fivestar admin form where the default voting tag can be overridden. This is especially useful if you've followed the Fivestar documentation on setting up your rating field, where the default is "Rating" instead of "vote".
