Currently relation_migrate migrates references information to relation. How about migrating relation to relation?

This patch introduces class definitions that facilitates migration of relation information from one site to another. Extended on migrate_d2d classes which gives capabilities to integrate with field api. e.g migrating relation's field api fields.

This is a dx, developer experience, patch that make's use of comment #4 patch . This provides a sub module
relation_migrate_example that makes use of the classes provided by #4 patch to migrate d7 site relation records to another site.

Sad but true, when i enable the module from above patches this error shows:

Fatal error: Class 'DrupalRelation7Migration' not found in /opt/lampp/htdocs/test/sites/all/modules/relation/relation_migrate_example/relation_migrate_example.inc on line 15
