when using og groups it seems like that after node save some extra settings should be saved. See http://drupal.org/node/239895

This can be solved by

node_factory_set_value( $edit, 'og_groups', array(  '126' => 126));

but I build support for this field so

node_factory_set_value( $edit, 'og_groups', 126);

would work too. Note however that I want a node_factory_add_value for multiple value cck fields you have to do this OG part yourself for multiple groups

node_factory_set_value( $edit, 'og_groups', array( 126, 127));
