When the browser width is less than or equal to 1024px, a whitespace of height 29px appears at the top of page.

This problem is caused by the body.admin-menu.adminimal-menu:before as the admin-menu is position absolute, but the slicknav isn't. The attached patch will hide this before on screens < 1024px.
