Zotero is an awesome online citation manager. I have replaced EndNote with it (it's much easier to use and better integrated with external pages). They will be releasing Zotero 1.5 sometime this summer, allowing you to store your citation libraries online. It would be awesome to be able to integrate this smoothly with Drupal.
