Title module can replace term description field too. When that happens we get error while trying to edit existing term entity. I see someone fixed that for name field, but did not for description field.

To reproduce 1) replace vocabulary description field with field_description using Title module. 2) Add term. 3) Edit term.

Error:

Notice: Undefined index: description in TaxonomyTermInlineEntityFormController->entityForm() (line 85 of .../inline_entity_form/includes/taxonomy_term.inline_entity_form.inc).
