The only problem I have with this is that it's against the 2.x version, which is no longer supported, except for critical bugs. I'll leave this issue in the queue for as long as there's no 3.x final, so others can find your contribution easily. Translating the 3.x version is not yet recommended, as strings are still in flux.

Sorry! Please don't let this disappoint you in Drupal ;) :)

No string changes are expected anymore for Hierarchical Select 3. It's about to be released. Translations are welcome again! :)
