I adapted a part of https://www.drupal.org/getting-started/admin/reports for this concept. I added a screenshot as well, but I'll remove it if it's not necessary for a concept topic.

I think the screenshot is good, though maybe it's a bit tall. But that's OK, we can crop it down later.

Anyway, this looks good! Added to the guide source; will show up on the site later today.
