diana.lakatos commentedI adapted a part of https://www.drupal.org/getting-started/admin/reports for this concept. I also added a screenshot, because I thought it might be useful for a user to know what to expect, but if it's not necessary for a concept topic, I'll remove it.
I added the usual index entry, and also "Security", because it said "Index: Security" in the spreadsheet. Is it OK this way?

jhodgdonIndeed, I think we'd want to err on the side of more index entries rather than less. Maybe it should be
(((Security,status report)))
though? And maybe some additional... but we can clean this up in the Guidelines phase, which is where we deal with index entries. But going forward, yes feel free to have multiple index entries in each topic.
I also think the screen shot is useful, although we may decide to crop it a bit later.
So, looks good! I've added it to the guide source; will be up on the web site later today.
