Checkbox and radio elements are missing #label_attributes

Visit for example registration form and next PHP notice will be shown

Notice: Undefined index: #label_attributes in bootstrap_preprocess_form_element() (line 66 of themes/bootstrap/templates/system/form-element.vars.php).

No idea for now what this code is doing.
