Problem/Motivation

Once a field instance is inserted in the "aet_insert" table, this cannot changed from the field configuration.

Proposed resolution

Add a db_delete in the "aet_insert_form_field_ui_field_edit_form_submit" function, in case the value for "'aet_insert_use_' . $field_identifier" is not set or empty.

Applied the patch and it works. I'd change it to RTBC but I'm not a developer, just a pretty decent site builder.

However, by default all of the items are still checked. Minor point, but worth mentioning.

I also applied this patch and it worked for me, to get rid of what AET had added when I was testing it out.

Without this patch, disabling and uninstalling the module still left the AET Insert Fields behind and were still showing when I edited a node. After using this patch, I was able to uncheck the "Use AET Insert with this field" to remove the AET Insert Fields it had created, and then disable and uninstall the module.
