I am receiving the following when trying to edit an entityqueue after upgrading from 1.0-rc1 to 1.0:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function entityqueue_subqueue_uri() in /var/www/html/includes/common.inc on line 8255, referer: http://dev.d7.sagetitanium.com/admin/structure/entityqueue
A quick search for 'entityqueue_subqueue_uri' within the module reveals no such function, although I did a quick diff between 1.0-rc1 and 1.0 and it doesn't seem to have existed in 1.0-rc1 either.
I am also receiving the following error when trying any of the other operations:
Notice: Undefined index: export in ctools_export_crud_load() (line 75 of /var/www/html/profiles/commerce_kickstart/modules/contrib/ctools/includes/export.inc).
Remove callback function definitions missing implementation.
