I'm having issues with Printer-friendly version and PDF version not working properly in Internet Explorer 11. I'm using Print module version 7.x-2.0. PDF generation library: mPDF 5.7.4

When I click Printer-friendly version, the print view of my page is displayed as usual (looks identical to how it looks in FF and Chrome). However, when I go to Print -> Print Preview, a blank page is displayed with a file path (see screenshot).

If I click PDF version, a dialog box asks me what I want to do with "110"? If I choose "Open", nothing happens. If I choose "Save", a message appears that says "110 couldn't be downloaded". If I choose "Retry", it says resuming... and then says "110 download completed". It doesn't add the .pdf file extension so I have to choose Adobe Acrobat Reader as the application to open it with. The file looks perfect.
If instead I choose "Save as", I am able to add the .pdf extension in the save as dialog box, but it still fails to download unless I choose "Retry". Once downloaded, the file looks perfect.

Both printer-friendly version and PDF version are working PERFECTLY in Firefox and Chrome on Windows 8.1.
Only issues are in Internet Exploder (surprise, surprise!).

I have a similar issue, the difference is that, when i click on the Print button an empty small window shows up and nothing happens. But if i right click the button and open in new window, its working fine!

Anybody any ideas ?
