Problem/Motivation

Page admin/content/collect is broken because it misses rendering_language in display_options. The error shows up when the language is changed.
Same as #2533814: Past event log view is broken

Proposed resolution

Add
rendering_language: '***LANGUAGE_entity_default***'
line to modules/collect/config/install/views.view.collect.yml inside display.default.display_options and display.container_overview.display_options and also in modules/collect/config/install/views.view.collect_relations.yml inside display.default.display_options and display.page_1.display_options

There is a bug indeed after enabling languages module. As soon as #2536258: Collect Client Web Test Failing is committed we can retest and commit patch #1.
