Realname integration fails in 7.x-2.x? [#2533588]

The realname integration seems to fail in the latest 7.x-2.x-dev. I only see user names in the autocomplete on writing a new message.

I use these tokens (from the available tokens list) for realname:
[user:profile-main:field_voornaam] [user:profile-main:field_achternaam]

Can anyone confirm this or is there something else wrong in my site?

Here is my fix for the 7.x-1.x version,

I'll working on the 2.x version too.

Which patch you apply @capono, is it apply successful?

Thanks Shellingfox. I used the 7.x-2.x verison. I just did a test on a pretty clean site. It works there. I found it needs some thorough cache cleaning. I'll test it on the clients site later on.
