When upgrading from branch 1.x I got the following error:

PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'default.commerce_recurring' doesn't exist

when enabling commerce_recurring_ui and visiting Store > Recurring entities.

Adding new patch to address this, since the hook install is not ran. This is happening when completion of order is done:

EntityFieldQueryException: Unknown field: commerce_recurring_order in EntityFieldQuery->addFieldCondition() (line 817 of includes/entity.inc).

There are 7 reported 7.x-1.x installs. Not worth the time needed to write an upgrade path.
