Boost module serves static cached pages for anonymous users. In D7, we need to set Boost cookie when user logs in via Simple FB Connect so that the user will not be served cached content by Boost.

When Boost is available to D8, we need to add this to Simple FB Connect.

It doesn't seem that Boost is going to be ported to D8 anytime soon, closing the issue. If Boost will ever get ported, this can be re-opened.
